Straight Bourbon Whiskey Chocolate Bar

These limited edition bars contain all the intense flavors of Sonoma Brothers Distilling Straight Bourbon Whiskey that's spent 3 years in heavy-char American oak barrels. Finest certified heirloom cacao from Belize is then filled with the whiskey and aged another 6 months - allowing the nibs to absorb the aroma and flavors of barrel and spirit.  Only then are the nibs combined with cocoa butter and cane sugar to handcraft a 70% dark chocolate bar that is sweet and complex with pronounced oak and bourbon flavors.
