2. What's the deal with shipping? Well, here's the deal right here:

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all regular items UPS ground, based on weight and distance, with no handling fee. Orders for more than $300 ship FREE. If you need something quicker, you can elect to pay for 2nd Day Air, but

many of our handcrafted items are made-to-order and require longer delivery periods. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the item page. If you need something rushed, please call us directly at 301-571-7333, Mon-Sat 10-6 EST. We will always do our best to meet your deadline.

+ We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.
+ In other words, we do not ship internationally, nor to Alaska or Hawaii.
+ A street address and phone number are required for UPS delivery. Shipment to a PO box can be arranged if you contact us directly.
+ If you live in the area, you can opt to pick up your order at the shop and save yourself the shipping charges.
+ Furniture requires freight delivery. We will provide estimated shipping charges prior to processing your order.

3. What if I don't like it? On the rare occasion  that there is a problem with your purchase you may avail yourself of our:

RETURN POLICY

Redorchard.com will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery to you. Returns and exchanges can be made for regular priced merchandise only. The following are Final Sale and, thus, NOT returnable or exchangeable:

+ Sale items.
+ Special orders (i.e. hand-crafted items made-to-order for you, and items that have been personalized, altered or created to your specifications.)
+ Items that have been used, worn or damaged.

If your item was defective in any way, or not as described, you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges. Otherwise, your refund will be processed in the same form as original payment, less shipping charges.
